Coffee to Water Ratio
We recommend two level tablespoons of coffee for every 6 ounces of water.
What is Specialty Grade Coffee?
Specialty Coffee represents the top 2% of all coffee harvested. It is the highest grade of coffee and to be classified as such, It must contain zero primary defects and score 80-100 in cupping tests.
Why Quality Matters
The coffee that you buy at Supermarkets, Warehouse stores and Chain stores is already stale.Their coffee is at least two months old and quite likely more than six months old by the time it is roasted, packaged. warehoused, shipped and warehoused again before it reaches the shelf. They also use Grade 3 (Exchange Grade) with some brands selling Grade 2 (Premium Grade)
